Creditas Homes was born out of frustration and desire of the family backed private equity & capital firm, Creditas Capital Plc, to design and build their own luxury home, leading to the establishment of the stately and luxury homebuilder to other HNW and UHNW families across the UK.
We’re a very unique developer with a focus on bespoke, high quality top end homes, operated by a small board comprised of individuals with experience in all aspects of architecture, design, health & safety, finance and business discipline. This enables our clients to be confident in that we will deliver on time and on budget without compromise on excellence.
